Fitlife MVP demonstrated the potential of a multi-gym subscription model.
Fitlife set out to create a multi-gym and wellness subscription service, giving users access to multiple fitness centers through one unified platform. We were brought in to design, develop, and deploy the entire system from the ground up.

Coordinating access across gyms, studios, and wellness centers posed major hurdles. Fitlife needed a single subscription system capable of handling real-time check-ins, partner integrations, and membership management at scale.
We built a functional MVP that included mobile and web clients, backend APIs, and fully provisioned hosting infrastructure with automated deployment pipelines. The system allowed users to seamlessly check in across partner facilities while enabling operators to manage access in real time.
